Because motherhood is beautiful- but it is also tender, messy, and deeply transforming.
Welcoming your baby is one of the most sacred transitions you will ever experience. Postpartum is a season where you deserve to be nurtured just as much as your little one. My role is to walk alongside you during those early days and weeks, offering gentle guidance, emotional care, and practical support so you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby.
Postpartum services include:
-
A safe, non- judgmental space to process your birth and new motherhood.
-
Whether breast, bottle, or both, I will help you find what works best for you.
-
Light household tasks, meal prep, and helping you settle into new routines.
-
Soothing techniques, swaddling, diapering, and learning your baby’s cues.
-
Helping the whole family adjust.
-
Access to trusted lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, and local support groups.
